OUR PAYMENT PLAN ALLOWS YOU TO PAY OVER SEVERAL INSTALLMENTS. JUST MAKE THE $1000 DEPOSIT NOW, AND THE REMAINDER IS SPLIT OVER THE COURSE OF SEVERAL MONTHS.
MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS ARE DUE ON THE 18TH OF EVERY MONTH, STARTING WITH THE CONTRACT MONTH. ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID BY SEPTEMBER 18TH.
AFTER MAKING THE INITIAL DEPOSIT, YOU WILL BE SENT A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM TO BE FILLED OUT WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS WILL INITIATE SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS BEING CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY TO THE CARD PROVIDED.
ALL PAYMENT PLANS ADD A $400 ADMINISTRATION FEE TO THE ROOM COST. COUPONS ARE APPLIED TO THE REMAINING BALANCE.

Purchasing extra nights through The Sands guarantees transfer to and from the resort, and if booked early enough, we will work on confirming the same room for your entire stay.
If you purchase extra nights outside of The Sands (through the resort or a third party), you will be responsible for your own transfer and will be subject to moving rooms on those nights.
EXTRA NIGHTS ARE REFUNDABLE UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PURCHASING EXTRA NIGHTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR THE BEST CHANCE OF STAYING IN THE SAME ROOM FOR THOSE NIGHTS.
